Product Assessment
As you work to put together your China marketing strategy, there are many questions to answer about your current (and/or planned) products. Questions to address include:

• What are the financial implications for selling into China?
• How will your supply fluctuate based on adding a significant new source of
demand? Can you keep up with demand?
• Are there issues with respect to the availability of components or supplies of
raw materials needed to produce your product(s)?
• Are there any special requirements for importing?
